Dog licenses are required under section 7.04.015 of the Pomeroy Municipal Code.

The City Council of the City of Pomeroy does hereby ordain as follows:

 

Pomeroy Municipal Code and Ordinance 784-A are amended to read as follows:

 

Annual Animal License Fees for the year 2022 shall be as follows:

​

Spayed or Neutered Dog            $10.00

​

Not Spayed or Neutered Dog    $20.00                         

​

 Lifetime License                          $30.00

​

ANIMALS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH WHEN AWAY FROM THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE.

​

DOGS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED FOR A LIFETIME LICENSE.

DOG LICENSES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
